Feature: Newcatle Herald Newspaper Competion Winners!

The Hinton PS school newspaper, known as The Hinton Voice has taken out the major award of BOverall Primary School Newspaper. Several students also won awards. Highly Commended Awards were won by Leigh Robinson x2, Lily Reay, Imogen Dagg, Kristen Allen and Luke Burton. Thank you to Ms Tubb for your efforts putting the paper together and to all who contributed to the students work.

Our student leaders for 2012 have run the election gauntlet and the following students were successful in gaining office.

Feature: Stockland Star Winners

We have finished 2nd in the Stockland Star this year and won $2000 for the school. The money will soon be spent on computers and equipment to fit out our new computer room. Thanks to all the parents and relatives who worked so hard (even getting reciepts out of trolleys I hear) to bring us this windfall.
