House Captain's Role
- Promoting Athletics, Swimming and Cross Country events. Ensuring relay teams are organised, war cry known, team colours, streamers and mascots are available. Encouraging ALL team members.
- Organise the school Sports Storeroom:
Hand out and monitor the distribution of sport equipment during class breaks
Maintain equipment
Ensure equipment is available
Remind sports organisor to pump up balls and purchase extra equipment where necessary
Store equipment in a neat and orderly manner
Report to Sport's Minister weekly
- Arrange Lunchtime activities:
Assist the Sport Minister to advertise activities
Invite participation
Referee/Umpire
Assist Sports Minister with providing draws for competition
- Encourage participation by all school members in all classes:
Train participants in correct rules
Always allow everyone a chance to be involved
Guide your House mates
Make your House successful, to the BEST of your ability
- Always wear your House Captain badge
