Hinton School Song

Among the early settlers,
Came a band both brave and true.
To settle here at Hinton,
A life to make a-new.
They built a school upon the hill,
In 1848.
The school is proudly standing,
Up to this very date.

CHORUS:
We promise to work hard each day
And always play the game.
To really do our utmost,
To uphold dear Hinton’s name.

The children come in green and gold,
Proud of their history.
They work and play together,
In happy harmony.
The school looks over valleys green,
Where people toil long,
To build a land where we can grow up,
