Minutes for Parliament are done by the Parliamentary Secretary and assistants. Minutes are usually displayed in the C.O.L.A. and published in the School Newsletter. All motions passed in Parliament must be brought in front of the Senate (the staff) at weekly meetings, where items are discussed and either approved or sent back to the House for further discsussion. |
