Minutes for 30th August 2007 Minister’s Reports… Prime Minister: She has checked on the ministers and they have been doing a great job!!! And she has put the minutes in the cola and in the classroom. Function and Finance: The cans are going great, the sausage sizzle is going good. Needs to check on new badges and the new BBQ. Sport and Rec: Soccer comp started, the sport shed cleaned and the sport captains are doing a great job. Transport and Communications: Checked on Bus monitors they are doing a good job, road flags are going good. Health: Checked toilets keep flushing, veggie patch going great and the hat checkers doing a good job. Education: She has checked flag people and 1 flag person fired. She does not know who is doing Over Head Projector this week. Environment: Cleaned memorial garden helpers doing well and veggies as well. Maybe making stair fry and the rain gauge was empty. Opposition: Sport shed going well wondering about the Mural. We need a rain gauge chart. Memorial garden cleaned. Class Reps, Member for Lambert: Pick up rubbish every term- Passed at the Environment Minister. Member for Willks: Kill the bugs in the toilets- passed at the Health Minister. General Business: Spray Notice Board: Member for Ninness- passed. Table out the front of school: Environment minister- passed. One word: Toilets: Member for Gilmore.
