Minutes 6th September 2007 Minister’s Reports. Prime Minister: he has checked on all ministers and they have been doing their jobs. The sausage sizzle has been going great! He needs to ask Mr Sharkey about the BBQ and the new badges. Secretary: she has done the minutes and they are everywhere that they need to be. She has done the fun page and it’s in the newsletter also she is going to write up a new letter for Mr Leonard. Sport and Rec: the soccer comp has been going well, sport shed going well and it has been kept clean. The basketball comp is going to start soon. Transport and Communications: she has been checking on the buses and two boys have not been behaving. She has checked on bell ringers and they have been late also the road flag person has been doing her job. Health: He has been checking on the toilets and they have been going well and the taps as well. The hat checkers have been doing their job. Education: She has checked on flag people and they have been going well the flag pole and notice board. She still needs to find a picture for the colouring comp. Environment: Fish pond cleaned and the bird bath as well the fish have been feed. No People in the memorial garden!!! The stir fry will be happening soon and the rain gauge has reached 23mls. Opposition: The sport shed is going well and the whistle has not been blown on time!!!! Hat checkers doing their jobs, the veggie garden has been going good. The bells have not been blown on time and sweep the paths. General Business: Education minister: bin for out the front of the school: dismissed. Environment minister: yellow slip for the people who get kicked out of parliament: passed: at the Education Minister: One Word: Clock Education Minister.
